Rintamäki Construction and Planning is Happy with the Nagano from Simeri

References

Rintamäki Construction and Planning recently bought their first Nagano aerial work platform from Simeri. Mika, the CEO of Rintamäki, has now bought a total of 3 platforms from Simeri and could not be happier with the machine as well as the service Simeri is famous for.

Picking the Nagano was an Easy Decision

Rintamäki Construction and Planning currently builds a variety high quality pieces of real estate, and the decision to buy a Nagano platform was not a difficult one.

Choosing a new platform instead of a used one was also a no-brainer. ”I always try to acquire brand new equipment. New ones have less problems and therefore are more cost efficient in the long run. The long warranty was also attractive to me” Mika explains. He does not want to fix anything, so the Nagano was a perfect choice for him. Quality equipment is a necessity, so the industry leading Nagano joined the two existing scissor lifts in Mika’s collection of platforms.

”The machine has been used a lot already. Within the first few weeks we have already recorded 70-80 working hours in the meter” Mika comments happily.

Simeri: a One-stop-shop

Mika found Simeri’s sales personnel excellent and professional. ”I trust that the sales people at Simeri offer me solutions specifically tailored for my needs” Mika states and notes how the Nagano is the perfect size for his construction projects. ”After discussing my needs with Simeri’s professional sales experts I got a much better idea of the machine that would be suitable. I also would not have made the purchase had I not been able to test it first” Mika adds, commenting on the test time he was offered before committing to the investment.

Simeri’s fast maintenance has also surprised Mika whenever he has had issues with other platforms throughout the years. ”The platform maintenance is super quick. I couldn’t even believe how quickly your maintenance van got here. A total 10/10!” Mika points out.

Simeri is known as a one-stop-shop for all aerial work platform needs and Mika agrees. ”I want to have one number I can call for all things related to platforms” comments Mika. Simeri provides sales, maintenance, servicing and spare parts, all under one roof with quick and professional service.

Ramirent gets the first Nagano-Aerial Work Platforms in Finland

References

Last year Ramirent was shipped the first Nagano-aerial work platforms in Finland. At the moment Ramirent has two Nagano platforms in its selection.

We asked Ramirent’s product manager, Juho Perälä, how the Nagano-platforms have performed and if Ramirent has been satisfied with the quality of the products and their shipment process.

“Because the product is brand new it is to be expected that the shipment times are long. Shipments to Belgium had only just started. When the machines were delivered, all the machinery was equipped at Simeri. The service was quick and Simeri also organised the training for maintenance and sales at the Ramirent premises“, tells Juho Perälä.

A Visit to Vertimac

Before the order was placed Ramirent paid a visit to Vertimac in Belgium to familiarize themselves with Nagano’s aerial work platforms. The visit was a success and Ramirent was left with a good and reliable impression of Vertimac’s operations.

“We were impressed with Nagano’s aerial work platforms. The visit showed us that the machines are of high quality, reliable and they have really taken maintenance factors into consideration”, comments Juho Perälä.

Previous Experiences with Aichi-platforms got Ramirent Interested in Nagano

Aichi is already a familiar brand of machine to Ramirent, as they have approximately 50 of them in their current selection. Ramirent had a positive experience with Aichi’s machinery. Therefore, Ramirent’s interest was sparked when they heard that Nagano-platforms are manufactured in the same factory.

“Ramirent has some of Aichi’s older machines in stock and updating them will become relevant in the future. In my opinion, Nagano would be a great potential option for their replacement”, tells Juho Perälä.

Nagano-platforms originate from the same factory as Aichi-platforms. Aichi has become very popular in the Finnish market, but has now focused more on Asian markets. Nagano-platforms are a great alternative to Aichi-platforms.

Aichi vs. Nagano- New Improved Features

“Nagano has focused more and more on maintenance-friendliness. Its operating and driving properties have clearly become much more precise and the machinery is pleasant to operate. In addition, the warranty terms and conditions have been improved, which makes buying the platform a safe choice”, comments Tommi Kolehmainen.

“Nagano 15Auj has a larger maximum cage load than Aichi’s similar model. It is also a meter higher than the Aichi equivalent”, comments Juho Perälä.

Nagano is a reliable partner on the Construction Site

Nagano-platforms have really invested in making maintenance effortless. For example, all the platforms’ electric wires and and hydraulic pipes have been heat protected.

“So far we haven’t had any malfunction gigs. From that we can assume that these machines are operation-proof. So were the old Aichis. They never had any issues either”, tells Juho Perälä.

“At the moment both our Nagano-platforms are being rented. The straight lift has been leased by one client for 6 months now. The other model came later, so it took a while to find a suitable client, but now we have found it”, comments Juho Perälä.
