Over the years, Simeri has grown from a one-man business to an organization with over 70 employees around Finland and Estonia. Our smiling faces can be found online, but who actually are we? Last week you got to know Janina<\/strong><\/a> and today you can read more about Antti. Come and get to know our dreams and hidden talents!<\/p>\n

Antti: Sales and Marketing Director<\/h3>\n

After 10 years of working elsewhere, Antti returned to Simeri in April 2020 as Sales and Marketing Director. Before coming back he worked at Europes largest machine rental company as Product Director. After many years , Antti longed for an innovative, diverse and flexible working environment, so returning to Simeri felt great. “Although the number of people in the company has multiplied, I can still see many of the same faces. This is a reflection of employee wellbeing. Simeri’s extraordinary spirit can also still be sensed*, Antti comments. Alatalo, whom a customer has once called a ‘whimsical character’, spends his leisure time on a boat or with his friends, family and his dog Hilma.<\/p>\n

What is your favourite thing about Simeri?<\/strong>
\nThe pleasant and relaxed atmosphere and fun workmates. We have a spirit of getting things done.<\/p>\n

Tell us something most people don\u2019t know about you:<\/strong>
\nI enjoy cleaning!<\/p>\n

If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would you go?<\/strong>
\nSomeplace warm where I can walk on a sandy beach.<\/p>\n

What is your most important tool at work?<\/strong>
\nMy mouth. How else would I sell all these access platforms?<\/p>\n

Tell us a dream of yours you want to achieve:<\/strong>
\nI want to learn how to sail and take a long sailing trip to the Mediterranean Sea.<\/p>\n

If you were not a Sales and Marketing Director, what would you do for a living?<\/strong>
\nI would be a Captain!<\/p>\n

What is your current favourite food?<\/strong>
\nMy mum’s meatballs.<\/p>\n

Have you developed any new skills or hobbies since the coronavirus?<\/strong>
\nI’ve learned to avoid people. A very important skill.<\/p>\n
