Anti-Entrapment System

The AES anti-entrapment system is designed to prevent serious injury by stopping the unit when the operator is crushed against it. Our innovative system furthermore will go back on its trajectory for 3-5 seconds allowing space for the operator to safely remove himself.

Ultrasonic Anti-Collision System
The UAS sensors safeguard the aerial and travel operations by monitoring the area in front and behind the tracks, on the tail swing, and above and below the basket, preventing collisions with obstacles and offering pothole and drop-off protection. This is an optional kit that can be ordered on the Jibbi 1890 PRiMO.

ATS – Automatic Tensioning System
The ATS zero maintenance track tensioning system is directly connected to and controlled by the main hydraulic system. The tracks are automatically tensioned and require no greasing or maintenance.

CRAWLER PLATFORM WITH ULTRALIGHT TELESCOPIC BOOM
Born from the partnership between AlmaCrawler and Multitel Pagliero, the JIBBI U-1570 EVO is an ultralight telescopic crawler platform that can be used to carry out work at heights of up to 15.40 metres.

The ultralight boom of the crawler platform produced with a special aluminium alloy allows for a sturdy yet light structure. The total weight of less than 2,900 kg makes this machine easy to transport with a standard trailer.

Developed according to AlmaCrawler’s innovative techniques, this self-propelled crawler employs the Dynamic and Pro-Active Leveling automatic levelling systems, which operate both to compensate for slopes of up to 22° (40%) when moving in transport conditions,and during the “driving at height” operations for automatically self-level the machine.

Features JIBBI U-1570 EVO

The JIBBI U-1570 EVO is equipped with a 3-cylinder Yanmar engine (14.1kW – 19.2 HP) and allows a maximum load capacity in the basket of 250 kg (2 operators), with a basket rotation angle of +/- 90°, a maximum outreach of 8.40 metres and the possibility to max moving height to 9.5 m.

The compact size combined with the variable undercarriagetrack width (operating configurations: 1.35 m, 1.90 m, 2.15 and 2.45 m) and the basket designed to stay in the same dimensioning width of the machine, allow for ease of use and movement, even in narrow work areas and access in confined spaces.

The JIBBI U-1570 EVO platform can also be monitored using the My Almac panel, designed to remotely manage machine settings.

In addition to the advantages described above, the JIBBI U-1570 EVO offers:

THE 16 M TELESCOPIC SELF-PROPELLED VEHICLE WITH LITHIUM BATTERY
Conceived and designed for use both indoors and in open spaces where low sound and exhaust emissions are required, the JIBBI 1670 LTH is a 16 m Self-propelled Crawler Boom equipped with a 300Ah-48V lithium battery.

Thanks to the consolidated dynamic and proactive levelling system that characterises the Almac aerial platforms, with the JIBBI 1670 LTH crawler lift the operator can work safely and confidently on uneven ground and in areas with steep slopes up to 22° (40%) during movement operations in transportation conditions.

Features and benefits of the new Almac crawler self-propelled vehicle
As for the version of the 1670 EVO telescopic crawler aerial platform, the LTH self-propelled vehicle differs from the other models of the JT series with:

a maximum working height of 16 m
an operating reach of 8.5 m
the possibility for the operator to travel up to a moving height of 9.8 m
for a variable undercarriage that has different track opening configurations to enable work in confined spaces (operating track widths: 1.35 m, 1.90 m, 2,20 m and 2.45 m)
The standard version of the 1.4 m wide basket (designed to remain in shape in the passage width of the machine) offers an alternative that promotes operator comfort, that is, a 1.8 m wide basket. Both versions of baskets of the JIBBI 1670 LTH aerial platform are able to rotate +/- 70° guaranteeing a maximum capacity of 230 kg.

The Almac new telescopic self-propelled vehicle is not only equipped with a 300Ah-48V lithium battery but also with 2 20Ah-48V battery chargers, which allow rapid charging in just 6 hours. Continuously evolving technology: advantages and characteristics
To meet market demands and facilitate the various activities performed by end users in a range of applications, Almac has equipped the JIBBI 1670 EVO with the most advanced technology, while maintaining the high performance characteristics typical of the company’s machinery. The self-propelled boom lift is in fact distinguished by its 8.5 m front and lateral outreach and 9.80 m travel height. The variable track undercarriage offers different track widths, specifically 1.35m, 1.90 m, 2.20 m and 2.45 m. Moreover, the track undercarriage can be adjusted during machine travel.

The 1670 EVO can be assembled with two types of baskets, the standard version measuring 1.4 x 0.7 m and the optional larger version measuring 1.8 x 0.7 m. Both have a rotation angle of +/- 70° and a maximum capacity of 230 kg (2 operators).

Worthy of a special mention is the AUTEC cable console, allowing the machine to be driven with a single joystick.

THE CRAWLER LIFT WITH AN EXCELLENT BI-LEVELLING SYSTEM AND FIXED UNDERCARRIAGE
Having continuously improved and modernised its technologies, AlmaCrawler can now offer JIBBI 1250 EVO-RT, a self-propelled crawler with an excellent bi-levelling system produced by the company, a telescopic boom and a fixed carriage designed by the internal team. Between the machines of last innovative JT series of Almac, it’s available the self-propelled boom JIBBI 1250 ELC. This model is similar to the JIBBI 1250 EVO, to except for engine, that in this case is total electric.

As all the other AlmaCrawler range, this JIBBI version is equipped with automatic levelling technology (Dynamic and Proactive), which allows to operate on rough terrain and / or on steep slopes.

The latest addition to the AlmaCrawler range, the JIBBI 1250 EVO is a self-propelled telescopic crawler machine with a working height of 12.2m and equipped with a dynamic and automatic levelling system. Developed for slope compensations, as well as for the movementtranslation and levelling at height, it represents a further step forward in terms of attention to operator’s safety.

What are the advantages?
Equipped with an high-performance 19.2 HP three-cylinder Yanmar diesel engine and a variable track crawler undercarriage, retractable from 1.95m to 1.15m, the JIBBI 1250 EVO features an innovative automatic telescoping boom levelling system which allows it to reach a working height of 12.2m. At the same time, this allows a lateral variable outreach ranging from 5.5 to 7.0m depending on the operational conditions and the load in the basket, sized to offer a maximum load of 230kg with 2 operators. Among the various advantages offered by its use, moreover, there are the following ones:

Possibility to operate on rough terrain and / or on steep slopes. This type of operation is guaranteed by the proven automatic levelling technology (Dynamic and Proactive) in the AlmaCrawler’s Way, which guarantees the opportunity to translate on tracks only until at a maximum height of 8m with fully retracted extension.
Excellent compactness, versatility and ease of use, cutting down on average more than 70% the timing required for the single placement of PLE equipped with stabilizers.

This last equipment, working on the two vertical lines, reduces the risk for the operator at height to bump into involuntary crushing during ascent and descent movements basket ascent and descent movement, by means of an acoustic warning that warns about upcoming obstacles or impediments. In summary, the system operates both on the upper part of the basket (with anti-crushing function of the operator against beams or ceilings) and underneath the basket, with a double safety against accidental collisions and / or the possible crushing of the people below the field of action of the basket itself.
