Ultrasonic Anti-Collision System
The UAS sensors safeguard the aerial and travel operations by monitoring the area in front and behind the tracks, on the tail swing, and above and below the basket, preventing collisions with obstacles and offering pothole and drop-off protection. This is an optional kit that can be ordered on the Jibbi 1890 PRiMO.

ATS – Automatic Tensioning System
The ATS zero maintenance track tensioning system is directly connected to and controlled by the main hydraulic system. The tracks are automatically tensioned and require no greasing or maintenance.

Optional extra kits:

Work Lights Kit – an option for work lights positioned on the front and back of the undercarriage and around the basket.
Arctic lubricant for cold climate

Almac Jibbi 1670 LTH

THE 16 M TELESCOPIC SELF-PROPELLED VEHICLE WITH LITHIUM BATTERY
Conceived and designed for use both indoors and in open spaces where low sound and exhaust emissions are required, the JIBBI 1670 LTH is a 16 m Self-propelled Crawler Boom equipped with a 300Ah-48V lithium battery.

Thanks to the consolidated dynamic and proactive levelling system that characterises the Almac aerial platforms, with the JIBBI 1670 LTH crawler lift the operator can work safely and confidently on uneven ground and in areas with steep slopes up to 22° (40%) during movement operations in transportation conditions.

Features and benefits of the new Almac crawler self-propelled vehicle
As for the version of the 1670 EVO telescopic crawler aerial platform, the LTH self-propelled vehicle differs from the other models of the JT series with:

a maximum working height of 16 m
an operating reach of 8.5 m
the possibility for the operator to travel up to a moving height of 9.8 m
for a variable undercarriage that has different track opening configurations to enable work in confined spaces (operating track widths: 1.35 m, 1.90 m, 2,20 m and 2.45 m)
The standard version of the 1.4 m wide basket (designed to remain in shape in the passage width of the machine) offers an alternative that promotes operator comfort, that is, a 1.8 m wide basket. Both versions of baskets of the JIBBI 1670 LTH aerial platform are able to rotate +/- 70° guaranteeing a maximum capacity of 230 kg.

The Almac new telescopic self-propelled vehicle is not only equipped with a 300Ah-48V lithium battery but also with 2 20Ah-48V battery chargers, which allow rapid charging in just 6 hours. Due to its characteristics, this machine is particularly suitable for operating indoors, outdoors and in sensitive areas, such as: hospitals, shopping centres, industries, residential areas, urban construction sites, historic centres and churches.

Almac technologies to guarantee safety at height
The JIBBI 1670 LTH, like all the other models in the range, features a series of technologies aimed at increasing operator safety at height:

DWP -Dynamic Working Performance, for dynamic management of the machine’s performance based on three different work parameters, i.e. the slope of the ground, the width of the retractable crawler undercarriage and the load of the basket, resulting in correct position of the machine at all times
Safe-Lock System, which prevents the crawler from escaping from the tensioning wheels (subjected to patent request)
Ultrasonic anti-collision system, which protects operators against sudden and accidental impact in the basket with an anti-crush barrier function on the two sides of the basket (in the top and bottom part)
Optional equipment for the crawler self-propelled vehicle JIBBI 1670 LTH
The optional different customisations offered by Almac with respect to the standard set-up include:

Large basket (8 x 0.7 m)
Non-marking tracks
Electric pump 220V-2.2Kw / 50Hz (Weight +30 Kg)
Radio remote control with rechargeable battery
Lubricant kit for Arctic climate
200 kg winch kit

Almac Jibbi 1250 LTH

THE SELF-PROPELLED CRAWLER WITH TELESCOPIC BOOM AND LITHIUM BATTERY
Within the new JT-LINE series, AlmaCrawler offers JIBBI 1250 LTH, a self-propelled crawler with cutting-edge technologies. Like all company machinery, it is equipped with the patented bi-levelling system, which allows for automatic levelling at a height, even on steep slopes or uneven ground.

Zero emissions and much more: why you should choose the lift
Equipped with a 300 Ah-48 V lithium battery, JIBBI 1250 LTH eliminates emissions and allows you to work in complete safety both indoors and outdoors. However, the advantages it offers are not only these. In fact, this self-propelled machine features a crawler undercarriage with variable track gauge, retractable from 1.95m to 1.15m and it reaches a working height of 12.2m, with a maximum front outreach of 7m and a maximum lateral outreach of 5.4m. The basket has a high maximum capacity – 230kg with 2 operators – and it is equipped with an ultrasonic anti-collision system, to protect the operators in the basket, which acts as an anti-crushing barrier on both sides (in the upper and lower part). The specifications described above, in addition to making the model in question extremely versatile, are the basis of many other advantages, such as:

Operation without exhaust gases and emissions
Ease of use
